The board of directors of the company wishes to advise shareholders that Mr. Connie Molusi, an
independent non-executive director and the non-executive chairman of the company, has been co-
opted as a member of the audit committee as an interim measure.
The company is in the process of selecting an additional independent non-executive director to
replace Mr. Molusi on the audit committee.
