DECLARATION OF FINAL DIVIDEND
Maiden ordinary dividend
Notice is hereby given that a gross final cash dividend of 2.0 cents per ordinary share
(2016:0 cents) has been declared out of income reserves for the year ended 31 December 2017,
payable to ordinary shareholders in accordance with the timetable below.
The issued share capital of the company at the declaration date is 469 092 877 ordinary
shares. The income tax number of the company is 9312 3901 65.
Withholding tax on dividends at a rate of 20% will be deducted for all shareholders who are
not exempt in terms of the legislation. This will result in a final net cash dividend of 1.6
cents per ordinary share to non-exempt shareholders.

Last day to trade cum-dividend Tuesday, 10 April 2018
Shares commence trading ex-dividend Wednesday, 11 April 2018
Record date Friday, 13 April 2018
Dividend payment date Monday, 16 April 2018
No dematerialisation or rematerialisation of shares will be allowed for the period Wednesday,
11 April 2018, to Friday, 13 April 2018, both days inclusive. The dividends are declared in
the currency of the Republic of South Africa.
