CHANGE TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of Esor (“the
Board”) hereby notifies shareholders that Bruce Atkinson has
resigned as chief financial officer of the company with effect
from 21 May 2018.
The Board takes this opportunity to thank Mr Atkinson for his
valuable contribution and loyal service to the group over the
last 10 years and wish him well in his future endeavours.
Proceedings to appoint a successor are underway and details
will be announced in due course.
