RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 9 February 2018, shareholders
are advised that the reported expression of interest (“EOI”) to acquire Bowler
Metcalf’s interests and claims in its investment in associate is still valid and the
Company remains engaged in final negotiations as to the terms of such disposal.
These negotiations, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the
share price of the Company. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue
exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further
announcement is made.
