CORRECTION: TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN
SHARES
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on the 19 and 23 March 2018,
notifying shareholders of the disposal by Old Mutual Customised Solutions (Pty) Ltd
(“OMCS”) and Old Mutual PLC (“OM”) of Transpaco shares, respectively.
For the avoidance of doubt, shareholders are advised that OM, of which OMCS is a part,
collectively disposed of 1% of its interest in Transpaco.
OM´s total beneficial interest is now 14.28% of Transpaco´s total issued ordinary shares.
