No Change Statement
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Integrated Report incorporating, inter alia,
the financial statements for the twelve months ended 31 August 2017 and a notice of the
annual general meeting, will be posted to shareholders on or about 23 March 2018 and is
available on the Company’s website, www.labat.co.za.
The audited condensed consolidated annual financial statements contain no
modifications to the reviewed provisional condensed consolidated financial results for the
year ended 31 August 2017 released on SENS on 12 December 2017.
Notice of Annual General Meeting and Amendment thereto
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders will be
held at 10:00 on Tuesday,15 May 2018, at 23 Kroton Avenue, Weltevreden Park, to transact
the business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting forming part of the
Integrated Report.
Shareholders are advised of an amendment to the last day to trade from 26 April 2018 to
30 April 2018.
Record Dates
The record date on which shareholders of the Company must be registered as such in the
Company’s securities register in order to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 4 May 2018. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote at the annual
general meeting will accordingly be Monday, 30 April 2018.
The record date for shareholders to receive the Annual Report is Friday, 9 March 2018.
