RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the renewals of the cautionary
announcements, dated 29 December 2017 and 12 February 2018, and
are advised that Huge remains in discussions in respect of potential
strategic acquisitions which, if pursued, would constitute, on an
aggregated basis, a category 2 transaction.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution
when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further
announcement is made.
