ACSA RATING REVIEW BY MOODY’S INVESTOR SERVICES
In accordance with paragraph 4.24 of the JSE Debt Listings
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that the ACSA’s issuer
rating of Baa3 by Moody’s Investor Services (“Moody’s” or “the
agency”) was affirmed with a stable outlook on the 26 March 2018.
Concurrently, Moody's affirmed the Aa1.za national scale rating with a
stable outlook. This follows the confirmation of the Baa3 ratings of
the Government of South Africa on 23 March 2018 with a stable outlook.
