RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In terms of section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised
that Ms Kajal Bissessor has tendered her resignation as financial director (“FD”) of the Company,
effective 31 August 2018, to embark on a new chapter in her career.
Ms Bissessor joined Merafe 9 years ago and has played a significant role in both the finance and
investor relations functions.
The Company is embarking on a recruitment exercise to find a suitable successor for the FD position
and accordingly, an announcement will be made following such appointment.
The board of directors would like to thank Ms Bissessor for her invaluable contribution to the Company
and wishes her every success in her future endeavours.
