MOODY’S CONFIRMS ISSUER RATINGS OF REDEFINE
Noteholders are advised that following the recent rating action to confirm South Africa’s government issuer
rating at Baa3 with a stable outlook, , Moody's Investors Service (“Moody’s”) has, on 27 March 2018,
confirmed the Baa3 long-term issuer rating of Redefine and has changed the outlook from “rating under
review” to “stable”. The following ratings are now applicable to Redefine:
- Long-Term Issuer Rating, confirmed at Baa3
- Short-Term Issuer Rating, confirmed at P-3
- Senior Secured Conv./Exch. Bond/Debenture, confirmed at Baa3
- Senior Unsecured Medium-Term Note Programme, confirmed at (P)Baa3
- Other Short Term Medium-Term Note Programme, confirmed at (P)P-3
