ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING A CHANGE IN AUDITOR
Trustco Shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that the board has implemented an auditor’s
rotation policy in line with good corporate governance practises. Trustco is currently jointly audited
by:
- BDO South Africa Inc. with J Schoeman being the designated partner; and
- BDO Namibia with JSW de Vos being the designated partner.
In order to ensure the ongoing independence of the group’s auditors, Shareholders are advised that
the board has initiated the following changes which will be effective from 29 March 2018:
- Moore Stephens Johannesburg will replace BDO South Africa with CA Whitefield being the
designated partner; and
- M Nel will replace JSW de Vos as the designated partner for BDO Namibia.
