Moody’s Investor Service (“Moody’s”) has affirmed Growthpoint Properties Limited’s long-term issuer rating of
Baa3/Aaa.za. The outlook on the ratings of Growthpoint changed from under review for downgrade to stable
following the change of outlook on the Baa3 sovereign rating of South Africa.
