APPOINTMENT OF THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listing requirements of the JSE Limited shareholders are advised that Mr
Thapelo Kgari has been appointed as Company Secretary of Insimbi Refractory and Alloy Supplies Limited
with effect from 1 April 2018.
Mr. Kgari holds a BA Law and LLB degree, and is an admitted attorney. He was previously employed in the
role of company secretary by Land Bank, Industrial Development Corporation, Legal Aid South Africa and
MTN and has more than 12 years’ experience in that role.
The board considers that Mr. Kgari has the necessary skills and experience for the position.
