THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements (“AFS”) for the year ended
31 December 2017, the 2017 integrated annual report, the annual value creation report and the leadership
report of ArcelorMittal South Africa is available on the Company’s website at www.arcelormittalsa.com today,
29 March 2018.
NO CHANGE STATEMENT
The annual financial statements, on which the Company’s external auditors, Deloitte & Touche expressed an
unqualified audit opinion, contain no modifications to the reviewed condensed consolidated financial
statements published on SENS on Wednesday 31 January 2018. The audited annual financial statements
and the auditor’s report thereon are available for inspection at the Company’s registered office.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Company´s shareholders will be held at 09h00
on Thursday 24 May 2018 at ArcelorMittal South Africa, The Place, First Floor, 1 Sandton Drive, Sandton,
South Africa.
The Notice of the Annual General Meeting will be distributed to shareholders on or about 20 April 2018. An
announcement confirming the salient dates will be released on the date of distribution.
