CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
ISA (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Priscilla Mogoboya has been appointed as
Financial Director of the Company, with effect from 1 April 2018.
Priscilla joined the Group in May 2012 and is currently the Financial Manager of Information Security
Architects Proprietary Limited, being the Company’s main operating subsidiary.
The Board welcomes Priscilla, and looks forward to her ongoing contribution to ISA at an executive level.
