SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”),
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that enX has received
notification from Corocap Opportunities Partnership (“Corocap”) of the acquisition by Corocap
of enX shares, such that it now holds 6.34% of enX’s total issued shares.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the
required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
