RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised of the resignation of Robert Horton as a director of the Company and member of the audit and
risk committee, with effect from 31 March 2018. The board of directors (the “board”) will appoint a new member of the
audit and risk committee in due course.
The board commends Robert for his contribution to the Company, notes its appreciation for his service and wishes him
well with his future endeavours.
