RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Ms
Tasneem Karriem has resigned as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”)
and as executive director of GPI, with effect from 2 April 2018.
The board wishes to thank Ms Karriem for her significant
contribution and her diligence to the GPI group during her tenure
and wishes her well in her future endeavors.
The Executive Chairman, Dr Hassen Adams will assume the role of
acting CEO until a suitable replacement has been appointed.
