WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 22 January 2018, and the subsequent renewal of
cautionary announcement on 5 March 2018, shareholders are advised that negotiations in respect of a
possible acquisition have temporarily ceased due to pre-emptive rights of certain shareholders of the
potential target company and uncertainty around the timing to conclude discussions around the pre-
emptive rights.
Accordingly, the cautionary is withdrawn and caution is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in
the Company’s securities. Shareholders will be advised should negotiations resume.
