FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 20 February 2018,
shareholders are advised that the Company is still in discussions with Max India, the Company’s joint venture
partner in Max Healthcare Institute Limited to explore the possibility of Max India acquiring Life Healthcare’s equity
interest in Max Healthcare Institute Limited.
The transaction, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s shares.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares until a
further announcement is made.
