NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements
and section 122(3) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended (“the Act”), shareholders are
advised of the following:
The Company received formal notification on 5 April 2018, that clients of Allan Gray Proprietary
Limited have, in aggregate, acquired an interest in the shares of the Company, such that it now holds
10.0074% of the total issued ordinary shares.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company will file the required notice with
the Takeover Regulation Panel.
