This announcement replaces and supersedes the previous announcement in respect of the
redemption and de-listing of 250,000 AfricaPalladium Debentures effective 06 April 2018
Africa ETF has effective 06 April 2018 redeemed 250,000 AfricaPalladium debentures
referencing approximately 2,459.933 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
250,000 AfricaPalladium debentures are to be de-listed.
After the de-listing there will be 25,200,000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 256,590.558 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
