(potable bulk water and sanitation services) within the

Holders are advised that Rand Water’s Interim Financial results
for the period ended 31 December 2017 have been made available
on its website on the following link:

The Interim Financial Statements were prepared in accordance
with International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS), IAS 34
Interim Reporting and the SAICA Financial Reporting Guides.
The issuer further wishes to state that the Board term has been
extended by another 3 months up to June 2018.
