DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF RESULTS
Shareholders are advised that as a result of a recently identified technical IFRS matter relating
to one of the acquisitions during the year under review, the board has decided to fully
interrogate the accounting treatment before publishing its audited results for the year ended
31 December 2017 due to the IFRS treatment potentially having a material impact on the results
of the group, including the disclosure of acquisition information.
The Company expects to finalise its audited results before the end of April 2018.
