Oando Plc update on the approval of the 2017 audited financial statements pursuant to rule
19.2 of the Nigerian Stock Exchange issuers rules
This is to inform the public and our stakeholders that the Board of Directors of Oando PLC held
a meeting on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 and approved the 2017 Audited Financial Statements (the
“Accounts”). We expect to be in a position to file the Accounts by the second week in May 2018
as previously communicated.
Oando PLC apologizes for any inconvenience caused and will update the market in due course.
