NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN AUDITOR
Bondholders are advised that the Issuer has decided to rotate its current auditors for the next financial year
end, and as a result, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (“PWC”) has resigned as auditors to the Issuer, effective
28 December 2017. The reason for the rotation is disclosed below.
1. As per Section 10 of The Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (“IRBA”), the rotation of the
Issuer’s auditors is required every five years;
Bondholders are further advised that Deloitte & Touche have been appointed as the new auditor for the
upcoming financial year, the appointment of which has been duly accepted. The effective date of the
appointment is 13 February 2018.
