APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr Ian Isdale has been
appointed Company Secretary with effect from 1 May 2018.
The appointment of Mr Isdale will be on an interim consultancy basis until
such time that a full time Company Secretary is appointed.
The Board is satisfied that Mr Isdale has the expertise, experience and
time to fulfill his role as Company Secretary.
