ACQUISITION BY SUN DREAMS OF CERTAIN CASINO INTERESTS AND LAND IN PERU
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on the Stock Exchange News
Service on 11 October 2017, regarding the proposed acquisition by the Company, acting through its
subsidiary Sun Dreams S.A., of certain Peruvian companies that operate four gambling operations in Peru
and which includes certain immovable property on which one of the casinos is located, from Casinos
Peruanos S.A. (the “proposed acquisition”).
Shareholders are advised that all of the conditions precedent pertaining to the proposed acquisition have
been fulfilled or waived, as the case may be, and accordingly the transaction has now become
unconditional.
