Shareholders are advised that Ms Bronwyn Corbett, currently a non-executive director of Delta, has
resigned from the Delta Board with effect from 12 April 2018 to focus on her role as Chief Executive Officer
of Grit Real Estate Income Group Limited, which has grown substantially since listing.
The Delta Board wishes to thank Bronwyn for her extensive contributions to Delta.
