Further to the Company’s integrated annual report 2017 (“IAR”) issued on 28 March 2018, shareholders are
hereby advised that the requisite resolution regarding the re-election of William Thomson as a director of the
Company by virtue of his rotation was inadvertently omitted from the form of proxy as contained in the IAR.
In this regard, shareholders are further advised that such omitted resolution will be proposed for voting at the
annual general meeting and that a corrected form of proxy is available on the Company’s website at
