Withdrawal of Cautionary Statement
The shareholders of Hwange Colliery Company Limited (“the Company”) and members of the public are
advised that the Company has suspended negotiations concerning a material transaction with an
undisclosed party.
To this effect, the Company advises Shareholders that the cautionary statements published on 24
January, 19 February and 19 March 2018 are hereby withdrawn.
