NOTICE OF DISPOSAL AND ACQUISITION OF MURRAY & ROBERTS SECURITIES
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, as amended and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Murray & Roberts shareholders
are advised that the Company has received formal notifications:
1. that the Public Investment Corporation SOC Ltd (“PIC”) has acquired an additional
beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total of all the
beneficial interest held by the PIC is now at 20.157% of the total issued ordinary shares of
the Company;
2. that clients of Allan Gray have, in aggregate, disposed an interest in the ordinary shares
of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by
Allan Gray's clients has reduced to 4.3280% of the total issued ordinary shares of the
Company;
3. that Aton Austria Holding GmbH, (“Aton AT”), a company registered in accordance with
the laws of Austria, has acquired an additional beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of
the Company, such that the total of all the beneficial interest held by Aton AT is now at
39.8% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
