NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDITOR
Noteholders are advised, in terms of paragraph 7.13 of the JSE Debt Listings
Requirements, that PwC Inc.(“PwC”) has been appointed as the Issuer’s external
auditor, with Mr Brett Humphreys as designated audit partner, for the current
financial year ending 30 June 2018, replacing Ernst & Young Inc.
The change in audit firm is effective 16 April 2018. The Issuer initiated this
change as as part of a review process conducted by the Audit & Risk Committee.
The appointment of PwC Inc. will allow the Issuer to (i) address the impending
mandatory audit firm rotation as legislated; and (ii) to maintain a top quality
auditor while achieving its objective of aligning costs within budget as set
aside by the Issuer for audit services of the group.
