advised as follows:
Ethos Capital has received formal notification that Electus Fund Managers Proprietary Limited, in aggregate
on behalf of its underlying clients, has acquired a beneficial interest in the A Ordinary Shares of the
Company, such that its total interest in Ethos Capital has increased to 5.98% of the Company’s total issued
A Ordinary Shares.
The Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
