CERTAIN CASINO, HOTEL AND OFFICE PROPERTIES TO ITS SUBSIDIARY,
HOSPITALITY PROPERTY FUND LIMITED ("HPF") AND THE UNBUNDLING OF
TSOGO’S INTEREST IN HPF
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 2 March 2018 and are
advised that as the Agreement has not yet been concluded, shareholders should continue to
exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares until a further announcement is made.
