Shareholders are hereby advised that in accordance with the
strategy and certain deliverables set out in the pre-listing
statement of the Company issued on 13 December 2017, the Company
has entered into an agreement to provide products and services to
a multinational client, which may have a material effect on the
price of the Company’s securities. Details of the agreement will
be announced in due course.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company’s securities until a full announcement is
made.
