CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Pursuant to the announcement released on SENS on 16 November 2017 (in which shareholders were advised that
the board had commenced the process to appoint a Chief Financial Officer), shareholders are hereby advised that
Ms. Claire Coward (34) has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Peregrine group and executive
director of Peregrine, which appointment will be effective from 1 June 2018.
Claire was most recently employed at Massmart Holdings Limited (“Massmart”) as Group Corporate Finance
Executive. Before joining Massmart in July 2014, Claire was the Audit and Technical Director and Sustainability
Reporting Director at PKF (Jhb) Inc. / Grant Thornton Johannesburg. She holds a BComm (Honours) degree
(cum laude) and is a CA(SA).
