CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of TeleMasters hereby advise shareholders that Mr Stephen van der Merwe
(“Stephen”), Lead Independent Director, has resigned with effect from 31 May 2018 to pursue
personal interests.
Stephen joined the Company in 2009. The board of directors would like to thank Stephen for his
many years of valuable service and strategic input to the group.
This resignation will result in a vacancy on the Audit and Risk Committee, as well as the
Remuneration Committee. The Board has commenced with the process of identifying
candidates to fill these vacancies in order to ensure the correct composition of these
Committees.
