CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PPC (“BOARD”)
Further to the SENS released on 13 April 2018 announcing the appointment of
new non executive directors, and in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the
JSE Ltd, the Board wishes to inform shareholders that Dr Stephan Olivier has
advised that he is not in a position to comply with the engagement
requirements, and accordingly will not become a director of PPC Ltd.
The Board would like to wish Dr Oliver well on his future endeavours.
