In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), the board of
directors (“the board”) wishes to advise shareholders of the resignation of Mr AJ Kruger, due to
possible future conflicts of interests, as independent non-executive director of the Company, effective
1 April 2018.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Kruger for his contributions to the Company and wishes him well in his
future endeavours.
