AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ISSUER AND GUARANTOR
Bondholders are advised that the annual financial statements (“the financial statements”) of the Issuer for the
year ended 31 December 2017 and the financial statements of the Guarantor, Daimler A.G., to the Domestic
Medium Term Note Programme, for the year ended 31 December 2017 are available for inspection at the
Issuer’s registered office.
The financial statements of the Issuer have also been made available on their website at
http://www.mercedes-benzsa.co.za/.
The Guarantors annual financial statements have also been made available on Daimler’s website
http://www.daimler.com/investors
Bondholders are also advised that the audit report on the financial statements of the Issuer and the Guarantor
are both unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
Furthermore, the Issuer would like to advise bondholders that there have been no restatements to the
previously published financial statements.
