CHANGE TO COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Statucor (Pty)
Ltd (“Statucor”) has resigned as Company Secretary effective 1 May 2018. RFG would like to thank Statucor
for their valuable contribution during their tenure.
RFG is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms B Lakey as Company Secretary of RFG effective 1 May 2018.
Ms Lakey is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience. She joined RFG in 2012 where she is
currently responsible for corporate affairs.
The Board welcomes Ms Lakey and looks forward to her continued contribution to RFG.
