Shareholders are advised that Mr Andile Mazwai has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect
from 26 April 2018.
The board of directors of New Frontier would like to thank Mr Mazwai for his valuable contribution and commitment
to the Company.
New Frontier holds primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) and the Alternative Exchange of
the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
