Amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements: Part 1A & 1B Amendments of 2018
The JSE is proposing amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements (the “Debt
Requirements”) relating to various items.
The proposed amendments along with an explanatory memorandum will be available on the JSE’s
website (Route: Companies & Issuer Regulation/Issuer Regulation – Announcements regarding
Listings Requirements).
We invite comments on the proposed amendments to the Debt Requirements by close of business on
Monday, 28 May 2018 and comments can be sent directly to alwynf@jse.co.za.
