Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement issued on 26 January 2018 and the
renewal thereof dated 9 March 2018 regarding the intention of the Company to raise capital
by way of a Rights Offer.
The terms of the Rights Offer will be announced in due course and shareholders are
accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company until a
further announcement is made.
