DISPOSAL OF RENTAL ENTERPRISE AT 33 HEERENGRACHT NOT PROCEEDING
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released by
the Company on 15 March 2018 (“Announcement”) regarding the
disposal by its subsidiary, GPI Properties Proprietary Limited
(“GPI Properties”), of the property known as 33 Heerengracht
Street, located on Erf 110 Cape Town, measuring 668 square metres
and held by GPI Properties under deed of transfer T48609/2012
(the “Property”) and the rental enterprise conducted by GPI
Properties on the Property, as a going concern (the “Disposal”).
As indicated in the Announcement, the Disposal was subject to
the fulfilment of certain conditions precedent.
Shareholders are hereby advised that as certain conditions
precedent have not been fulfilled, the Disposal will not be
proceeding.
