AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
As per the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, Noteholders are
advised that the Annual Financial Statements for The Thekwini
Warehousing Conduit(RF) Limited for the year ended 31 December
2017 have been made available on the issuer’s website:
www.sahomeloans.com
Noteholders are also advised that during the Issuer’s
Financial year, the issuer made an election to classify
dividends to preferred shareholders in the “financing
activities” section of the cash flow statement. As these were
previously disclosed in the “operating activities” section of
the cash flow statement, the prior year comparatives in the
annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December
2017 have been reclassified accordingly.
The issuer further wishes to state that there were no
modifications to the audit report.
