Shareholders are advised that Morné Nel, the managing director of Atlas360 Commercial Vehicle
Services Proprietary Limited ("Atlas360"), a subsidiary of OneLogix, has effectively disposed of his
indirect 28.7% interest in Atlas360 in order to facilitate a new 25% Broad-based Black Economic
Empowerment shareholder in Atlas360. Morné has agreed to stay on as managing director of Atlas 360
and to oversee and expand OneLogix's auto repair businesses. To retain a vested interest in OneLogix,
the following directors have agreed to sell a portion of their shareholding in OneLogix to Morné as
further set out below:
