APPOINTMENT OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Zambezi Platinum advises its preference shareholders that following the general meeting of ordinary
shareholders held on Friday, 4 May 2018, Mr Brighton Buhlebezwe Nene was appointed as a non-executive
director to the board of directors of Zambezi Platinum (the “board”).
Mr Brian Mosehla, chairman of the board, commented “Zambezi Platinum is pleased to welcome Mr Nene
to the board and we look forward to his future contribution to the company.”
