TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISTION AND DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL
INTERESTS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”),
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that enX has received
notifications from Beaufort Investment Limited of the acquisition of enX shares, such that it
now holds 19.823% of enX’s total issued shares, and from The Inhlanhla Trust Investments
(Pty) Ltd of the disposal of enX shares, such that it now holds zero enX shares.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the
required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
